We lease the property that the Wazoo1 is located on. During the Fall 09 race, we were told by the owner that they wish to sell the property. They said that we can still run the campground on the property until it sells, but once the sale goes through, we would have to relocate all of our customers to the Wazoo 2 (which we own).
**** We are still taking reservations for the Wazoo 1, located on Speedway Blvd., but we reserve the right to relocate all of our customers to the Wazoo 2 in the event of the sale going through before race week arrives (without refund).*****
We will try to make up the difference in price by offering extra services to those particular customers until the balance is made right, in the event of relocation due to the sale of the property.
